Returns Policy

OVERVIEW

We offer returns for all items within 14 days of delivery receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened and in its original packaging. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return you must email us first at info@spellbeauty.com. Please do not send back your item before you have contacted us as it may not get processed. To deal with your enquiry quickly please include:

    • your name,
    • order number (located on the top left of your invoice),
    • and reason for return

Once we have received your request we will respond with details of how to send the item(s) back to us along with a returns number for future reference. 

1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 7 working days, first check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

2. SALE ITEMS

You can return a sales item as a normal item. Please note that if you bought your item(s) as part of a promotion, any refund would match the amount you paid for the item itself unless:

  • If you participated in a 'buy one get one free' promotion and return only one of the items you will receive no refund. If you return both items you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you participated in a 'buy one get one half price' promotion and return only one of the items you will receive only the refund for the half price item. If you return both items you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you participated in a 'linked saving' offer, you must return both items to be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you participated in a ‘multi-buy' offer and return part of this order then you will have the saving deducted from your refund as you no longer qualify for the offer.
  • If you return an item that is included in a promotion, we will deduct the discounted value from the first item returned from that order.
  • If you return an item that was included in a bundle promotion, we will apportion the discount across each product included in the order and you will only be eligible for a refund of the amount linked to that item.
4. DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

We quality check all orders before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your purchase does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, please email us straight away. Please do not send back your item before you have contacted us as it may not get processed.

To deal with your enquiry quickly please include:

  • your name,
  • order number (located on the top of your invoice),
  • and the nature of the fault

    Once we have received your request we will respond with details of how to send the item(s) back to us. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, you will receive a refund of the full cost of the item. If your refund is approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

    5. DELIVERY

    Once you have received a returns number, you should send your item(s) to: Spell Beauty Limited, Customer Care Department 101, 238 Merton High Street, Wimbledon, SW19 1AU, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Return costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance.
